The course incorporated so many fundamentals that are universal such as posture, arm styling, muscle building, etc. I appreciate that every lessons has something for every level of dancer.

My dancing on the whole looks so much better after the challenge. Every day’s info is a wow/ epiphany moment.
I now have hope that I can look better on the dance floor instead of being limp, having bent knees, noodle arms and no posture. The course was an eye-opener.

I'm already going through it for the second time, am up to day 13. There's a lot to be learned the second time through that simply didn't register with me the first time. I'm thinking I'll do it again next month for a third time.
The gradual, but sensible building approach. A lot of thought obviously went into the course organization and progression. Your steady presentation of steps was perfect for me and your integration of strength, balance, posture and flexibility was important. I think my posture is significantly better. I am actually taking steps instead of just counting in my head and wiggling around a little.
I’m 75, working full time, playing squash and golf regularly; but I have let myself get out of basic shape. Since starting the course I have set up an early morning stretching routine and will be adding a few balance and strength exercises from LiWen's demonstration, keeping the entire workout under 30 min.
