Well, hello buns! Today, we are focusing on doing butt exercises. The first and few times I saw a chiropractor (who specialized in working with dancers), he said… the weakest part of a dancer’s body is in the glutes. That’s where a lot of injuries tend to happen. That always stuck with me. I don’t think it’s true of everyone, but I do believe that strengthening that part of your body, can help you improve your balance, leg power and hip action tremendously.
So, here are 3 exercises to help us target the butt! 🙂 Let’s go.
