Got (tight) hips? Well, you are not alone! Me too. Seriously. When I used to work 10-12 hours in an Architecture office, my hips were… depressed, wound up and seriously unhappy. It’s all because of that damn “sitting”! Sitting in front of the computer, sitting on the couch watching netflix, sitting in the car, sitting at the dining table. Too much sitting causes weak hip flexors, which can also contribute to back pain. Ouch. I know. That’s why moving and dancing daily is soooo good for your body. This is especially true for activities that involve hip action and moving the muscles around your hips (like your butt, your back, your core etc.). Anything you don’t move, gets stiff and stuck over time. That’s science. So get up and get moving!
