Instructor

LiWen Ang is the founder of Dance Insanity. She is a professional latin dancer, certified poweryoga instructor and a licensed Architect. She started latin ballroom dancing as an adult and she understands first-hand the many trials and tribulations an adult dancer (without formal dance training) has to go through. Now, she strives to give the lessons and training in the most effective way possible to her students, because there's no time to lose! She believes that everyone has the ability to transform and excel, with consistency, good attitude, and most importantly, the right training structure.
