All products will be shipped within 3 business days from date of purchase (unless it is a pre-ordered/ out-of-stock item). You will receive a notification when your order is shipped. Our carrier is USPS.
Pre-order items will ship within 3 days from the release date. Out of stock items will ship once they are available.
Ground Shipping can take up to 5 -7 business days from the day it was shipped.
Priority Shipping takes 2-3 business days from the day it was shipped.
Standard International Shipping takes 10-16 business days from the day of shipment.
Priority International Shipping typically takes 6-10 business days from the day of shipment.
Customer is responsible for any custom/duty taxes for international orders.
If you need to change your order or update your shipping address, we will accommodate your changes as long as the order hasn't been shipped.

We will refund the cost of the purchase (minus shipping costs) towards the original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your returned merchandise. We do not have control over the timing of when the banks would credit the amount back to you once we have authorized the refund. You can contact us if you haven't received the credit back after 14 business days from the date when we authorized your refund.
EXCHANGING DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If the item is defective, it can be exchanged within 30 days. Please notify us of this issue within 30 days from your date of your purchase at this email address: email@example.com to start the exchange process.
Defective items may be exchanged for the same title at no additional charge. New replacement items will be shipped at no extra cost to the customer. You will receive a free return shipping label for returning the defective merchandise to us. Please do so within 14 days of receiving the new label. We reserve the right to charge your account for the cost of the DVD, if we do not receive the returned merchandize from you within 30 days from when you receive the return shipping label from us.
