Let’s not be those dancers who neglect the hands! Here are some exercises to help you build dexterity and energy in using your hands. No footwork needed. LOL.

Warm up:

  • Wrist Stretches
  • Star Finger Stretches
  • Wrist Rolls with Arm Extension
  1. Wrist Flicks
  2. Magic Hand Expansions
  3. Hand Expansions in different directions

      You can use the gear button on the player controls to change the speed on the video. 🙂
      Any specific questions you might have on arm styling?

    I love all your videos, so cool but I’m wondering if you can do a video about FreeStyle dancing like you see in dance clubs. I dont have a partner so this is the only kind of dancing that I can do.
