I used to have back pain. Not the chronic kind, but the kind that came and went. I seriously thought, oh well, I might just have to live with that. One day out of the blue, I decided to work on getting six-pack abs. So, I started to do ab exercises daily, and also as part of my cross-training. As my abs got better looking (ahem ;)), my back pain went away. I didn’t even realize it, until Tytus said to me one day, “Do you realize that your back never bothers you anymore?” I was like… oh SH8T. Amaaaaazing!
So, there… that’s the story of my obsession with a strong core, besides the whole good for dancing bit. 😉 And here are some ab exercises I like to do. Just follow-along with the workout!
