Jive Arm Styling Exercises for Dancers

Hey Dancers!

Let’s be honest. Arms are often an after-thought in ballroom dancing, but it’s super important for Tytus and I. In fact, it’s so important that we practice it daily, and always incorporate it into our classes and routines. Today, I’m sharing a short arm routine for Jive.

Why jive? Because, it has kicka** music, it’s always optimistic and full of joy, and I feel like that’s what we need in our lives right now. It’s that ever-smiling positive friend who is bouncing off the walls with energy and enthusiasm. Dance along and have some fun with me!
